New construction
Custom Painting for New Construction
Bring your new home's interior and exterior together with MH Elite Painting Inc. We work with homeowners and builders, providing direct owner communication throughout the painting project.
Working with homeowners and builders
MH Elite Painting Inc. welcomes direct inquiries from homeowners building a new home, and works alongside builders and general contractors who need the painting coordinated around their project.
Tell us where the build stands and what still needs paint. The scope is discussed directly with the owner so the painting fits the work already underway.
Interior and exterior together
A new home needs both the inside and the outside painted. Handling the interior and exterior as one part of the build keeps the finishes consistent and the surfaces accounted for in a single scope.
- Interior surfaces: walls, ceilings, trim, and doors
- Exterior surfaces: the body of the home, trim, and eaves
- One point of contact for the whole painting scope
Direct owner communication
You communicate with the owner throughout the painting project rather than through a call center. An owner is on site from start to finish, so questions are answered while the work is happening.
20+ years of painting experience
MH Elite Painting Inc. is a family-owned father-and-son team based in Ramona, California, with more than 20 years of painting experience to bring to a new build.
